Gather 5x Magic Beast Horn to help build another dorm. You can obtain them by defeating Gigantes.

Dragon Quest Treasures - Hunter Mech Location
Introduce a Hunter Mech that can help build the dorm. You can find them west of the Sweetshade Glade Station in the Maneland.

Dragon Quest Treasures - Miss Cecily
Talk to Miss Cecily once you have all the requirements to complete the quest.
