Dragon Quest Treasures is set to release on December 09, 2022 on the Nintendo Switch, and it's expected that the game will be available as soon as it hits midnight in your timezone like the majority of the Nintendo Switch exclusives.
Players in the eastern time zones will have access to the game earlier than those in the western time zones.
