How to Use Sneak Attacks
Sneak Attack is a hidden mechanic that you can use to deal high amounts of damage to enemies that are unaware in Dragon Quest Treasures. Read on to know how to use a Sneak Attack and all the ways to easily use a Sneak Attacks against enemies!

How to Use a Sneak Attack

Use Crouch Then Attack

Using a Sneak Attack just involves using crouch then pressing the attack button. Successfully doing this will allow you to deal a huge amount of burst damage to your target.

Sneak Attack Tips

Use a Sneak Attack on Sleeping Enemies

Sleeping enemies are much more easier to use Sneak Attack on as they wont have any wariness when you approach them while sneaking.

Change Time to Night

Changing the time to night will cause some monsters to sleep. This makes it easier to sneak around the area and attempt to burst down tough enemies if they are found sleeping initially.

Use Sneak Behind Enemies

Sneak Attack
If you are attempting to use a Sneak Attack during the day, use Crouch then slowly sneak up on enemies without going on their vision line. Being seen by enemies will cause their alert level to raise and eventually initiate a battle with your party.

Use Sprint Then Sneak Attack

A non-intended feature in the game is using a Sneak Attack immediately after rushing to an enemy with the Sprint Forte. The Sprint Forte allows you to get to an enemy immediately before they initiate combat with your character. This gives you a small window to launch a Sneak Attack for bonus damage!
