Locked chests require keys that can be obtained by clearing specific quests.
We recommend bringing along Monsters with different Forte skills that will help you traverse the rocky terrain. This map has a lot of cliffs and hills, so a Launch Forte skill would be very helpful to climb them. A Glide skill could help you get down from high places. Sprint will help you get around this large area quicker.
If you are collecting all treasure chests, bring along a monster that can do Stealth, to get past certain obstacles.

I think the placement of one of the regular chests is wrong. I can’t find the one marked right at the center of The Madra’s Crown Cactus. Instead that seems to be the locked chest at that location. I can’t find anything at where the Madra’s Crown locked chest icon you placed either.
