All the treasure you've obtained throughout your journey can be stored inside the Treasure Vault. You can use the plinths inside the vault if you have a treasure you want to show to the other players. Increasing your gang's rank also unlocks more plinths you can use to display them.
Occasionally, off-duty gang members will polish the treasure that's on display, raising the value of the treasure even higher!
The Worker Dormitory allows the players to re-organize their party members and choose which monsters they want to dismiss if they don't want them in their gang anymore. They can also dispatch monsters in different locations to forage for materials or obtain treasures.
Head over to the Personnel Department and talk to Miss Cecily if you want to check out all the potential new recruits you want to add to your gang. You'll be required to give them materials or gold before they can join your party.
Aside from recruiting monsters, Miss Cecily also handles all of the facilities in your base. Once you have a high enough rank, she'll help you set up additional facilities you want in your base.
At B. Rix's Emporium, you can sell or buy materials or ingredients needed to cook dishes in Chez Blancmange or create pellets in The Werks. You can also buy recipes that will expand your pellet and culinary repertoire.
The selection of items and recipes you can buy at the shop will increase the more you progress through the story of the game.
Create dishes in Chez Blancmange to give yourself and your allies beneficial effects that will surely help you in your adventure. The effects you'll get from cooking varies on the food and will only last for a certain amount of time. You can also buy food directly from Madame Blancmange herself using gold if you don't have enough materials to procure the dish.
The Werks offers players a way to create their own pellets using materials they've gathered throughout their journey. These pellets have varying effects, such as pellets that fully heals the HP of an ally or increase the likelihood of a monster joining the party.
You also have the option to buy the pellets using your gold if you don't have the materials to create them.
To expand the base facilities, you'll need to raise the rank of your gang. Once you have a high enough rank, talk to Miss Cecily of the Personnel Department, and she'll help you set up additional facilities in your base, such as a shop, cafeteria, and a pellet workshop.
Some monsters in the game will ask the player to do certain favors for them. Completing these side-quests will allow certain monsters to set up shop in your base, expanding the facilities you can access.
