Description
The Immortal Army, an army of elite troops famous in the Obed region in ancient times, were armed with spears and were responsible for stabilizing the battle formations' front lines. The Immortal Army was originally the palace guard of the ancient Obed Empire, and they used to guard the imperial city. After Emperor Darius, the “King of All Kings”, ascended the throne, he drew elite troops from the armies under his rule and expanded this elite guard into a large-scale standing armed force to accompany him in his conquests.
According to legend, the Immortal Army always has exactly 10,000 soldiers, without increasing or decreasing by a single soldier. But after Emperor Darius attacked the Babel Tower, this legendary army and the Lord of Obed who led it disappeared without a trace, dissipating into the yellow sand.
