We recommend investing into this ability if it works with the build you are running. Although this skill will not be quite as useful as some of the other skills, it certainly has its uses, and it certainly will not hurt to have. While it may seem a bit niche, you can invest into this skill if you have already built your more important skills, and have extra points to spend.
This skill can be very useful if you are using a specific Sign for your build. The bonus of this skill will still expire if you meditate or a quest passes the time in the game.
If you are willing to go out of your way to meditate at a specific place of power and give your specific Sign build the max bonuses it can receive then you should invest in this skill.
