Magic Trap is not worth investing points into

The description can be misleading, but this skill actually does something different to what is said in the skill's description. This skill will change the Yrden Sign into a turret like trap which only damages enemies one by one and knocks them back instead of slowing them down.

The buff it gains from the skill Sustained Glyphs does not increase the number of traps that you can put down. Instead, it will increase the number of times it will activate. Also, this skill does not gain the extra damage that comes from the skill Supercharged Glyphs.

Conclusion

If you like how the skill actually works, then you should get this skill. This skill is mainly equipped when making niche builds that revolve around powering the Yrden Sign.
