The Ultramarines Champion Pack is only available with the most expensive version of the game, and there's no other way to get it if you didn't get the Ultra edition. The cosmetics are limited to the Heavy class, so it's only worth the extra $10 if you will be playing the class often. For most people, the Ultramarines Champion Pack is not worth it, and they are better off buying the Gold Edition if they want the Season Pass.
