The Ultramarines Champion is a Relic tier Armor Set customization exclusively available for the Heavy class in the game.
The Ultramarines Champion Pack also includes a special Ultramarines Heavy Bolter skin.

The Ultramarines Champion Pack is exclusive to the Ultra Edition and the Collector's Edition of Space Marine 2. There is currently no way to get this customization separately.
Game Editions and DLC Information
The Ultramarines Champion Pack is only available with the most expensive version of the game, and there's no other way to get it if you didn't get the Ultra edition. The cosmetics are limited to the Heavy class, so it's only worth the extra $10 if you will be playing the class often. For most people, the Ultramarines Champion Pack is not worth it, and they are better off buying the Gold Edition if they want the Season Pass.
