Is There an Ultrawide Fix?

No Existing Reliable Ultrawide Fix

PC players have thought of ways to make Ultrawide fixes and emulate the aspect ratio on Space Marine 2 via several means such as unofficial patches or software like Cheat Engine.

However, there is yet to be a reliable way to properly emulate Ultrawide for the game in its early release state, as some bugs may arise from the emulation such as incorrect FOV, aspect ratio, and UI scaling issues.

What is Ultrawide?

Ultrawide Renders a Wider View

Ultrawide commonly refers to the wide aspect ratio (usually 21:9 at 3440x1440p) provided by long, horizontal monitors. Playing games at fullscreen that do not support ultrawide on an ultrawide monitor will usually leave black bars on both sides where the fullscreen resolution ends.

Ultrawide, compared to the common 4:3 or 16:9 aspect ratio formats, extends graphical rendering further horizontally, increasing awareness of the player's in-game surroundings and giving a more cinematic feel of the game.
