• Use web swings to knock enemies off
• Air yanks work too
• Throw the Mysterio skulls at the enemies

Use Web Swings to Knock Enemies Off

One of the most efficient ways to knock enemies off the edges is to kick them with web swings. Simply jump then hold the square button to perform a web swing.

You can do multiple web swings in a row by pressing and holding the square button again right after the swing ends.

Air Yanks Work Too

Another way to pull this objective off (literally) is to jump off the edge and start yanking enemies into the void by holding down Triangle. You can stay in midair indefinitely by bouncing off every enemy you pull in by pressing X. Repeat pulling enemies in and bouncing off of them to push them all into the void!

Chaining this with Leap Off or Leap Off Bounce makes this mission a cake walk.

Throw the Mysterio Skulls at the Enemies

At the latter part of the challenge, Mysterio skulls will start coming from the sides. These are just fancy rockets that you can grab and throw at the enemies, which can also knock them off the rooftop.
