Clear Natural Plains to Start the DLC

Kirby and the Forgotten Land - Natural Plains Stages

To start playing the Star-Crossed World DLC, you need to clear all stages of Natural Plains first. Fortunately, you don't need to get all Waddle Dees.

The first Starry Stage, Meteor Shower's Arrival, will be available after watching the cutscene from the Fallen-Star Volcano stage.

There are 12 new stages in the DLC called Starry Stages. They use the old stages from the base game, but you have access to areas that aren't available before.

Additionally, instead of finding Waddle Dees, Kirby will be searching for Starries in each of these stages. There is also a new currency called Starry Coins that Kirby can collect in each of the Starry Stages, which you can use to draw EX figures.

New Final Boss: Genwel Meteonelfilis

Genwel Meteonelfilis

Genwel Meteonelfilis is the new final boss in the Star-Crossed World DLC. It looks and attacks very similar to Fecto Elfilis, the final boss of the base game.

New Enemy: Galactal

Kirby and the Forgotten Land - Star-Crossed World - Galactal

The Galactal is the only totally new enemy exclusive to the DLC. It's stronger compared to the beast pack enemies and fights very similar to a mid-boss, and you can only encounter them in Starry Stages.

The new enemies of the DLC are upgraded versions of previous ones. They have crystals attached to them and are bigger and stronger. They also drop Starry Coins when defeated instead of the Star Coins. However, they don't give new copy abilities when Kirby inhales them.

The Gear, Spring, and Sign are the new mouthful modes in the DLC. Just like other mouthful modes, they allow Kirby to accomplish certain tasks during stages.
