How to Power Up (Upgrade) Abilities

One of the missions in the Welcome to Wandaria stage is making all 8 of the wilted flowers bloom. The wilted flowers can be found in the area of the stage where you can transform into Water-Balloon Kirby. You can make them bloom by spraying water over them.
