How to Beat Tropical Woods

Recommended Copy Ability

Fire

The Fire Ability allows you to attack from a distance and does constant damage.

Attack Patterns

Tropics Woods uses simple attacks such as single-direction breath attacks and coconut bombs. Tropic Woods will start using area-based breath attacks and its own roots to damage Kirby. Watch out for the barricade that protects it from projectiles.

Avoid Close Range Attacks once Tropic Woods HP drops below 40%

Once Tropic Woods' HP drops below 40%, it starts to use area breath attacks and vines to attack Kirby. These attacks can be hard to read if Kirby is very close to Tropic Woods, so be sure to keep your distance in order to properly avoid incoming attacks.

Be Sure to Keep Your Distance if you Do Not Have a Copy Ability

If you do not have a Copy Ability, it is recommended that you keep your distance, as this will allow you to read as well as dodge Tropic Woods' attacks.
