Bring Blueprints to the Waddle Dee's Weapon Shop in Waddle Dee Town to evolve Kirby's Copy Abilities. Evolved Copy Abilties are not only stronger, but have additional effects as well.

Along with Rare Stones, which you get from Treasure Road Challenges, collecting lots of Star Coins is necessary to use Blueprints. Make sure that you have enough once you find a new Blueprint so that you can use it right away.
How to Get Rare Stones Quickly: Locations and Where to Use
You can find Wise Waddle Dee in Waddle Dee Town after you complete all Everbay Coast stages. You can sometimes receive blueprint locations when talking to him. To receive blueprint locations, you must have the base form of the ability unlocked and completed the level where the blueprint is found.

Unfortunately, my son has unlocked all of the upgrades. He is sad because he wishes there were more upgrades. He doesnt really care to find all the wadledees. But the upgrades are important. Thanks for this guide, it did help quite a bit.
