Kirby and the Forgotten Land is the first 3D installment in the Kirby series. Although it is the first time we will see Kirby adventure in 3D, it is not a true open world game. Read on to learn more about Kirby and the Forgotten Land's genre and gameplay!
Kirby and the Forgotten Land is not an open world game. Forgotten Land will follow the formula of previous Kirby games where you have to clear certain stages before moving on to the next.
However, unlike previous titles, Kirby and the Forgotten Land allows players to freely explore each stage. This means collectible items are tougher to find. Items such as Capsules, Figures, and Blue Coins are all well-hidden within each stage, so be sure to check thoroughly!
Kirby and the Forgotten Land is a 3D platformer game -- the first in the series. This gives players an immersive new look at Kirby and pushes the series in a new and welcome direction.
