You can use Ring Mouth to control boats found floating on top of the water in certain stages. You can use your left control stick to control the boat, and press B to use Windblast. Windblast allows you to destroy obstacles and damage enemies by ramming the boat into them.
By pressing B while using Ring Mouth Kirby, you can use Windblast, which unleashes a strong gust of wind that can blow away enemies and destroy obstacles. The gust of wind can pass through several enemies at once and is best used against a line of enemies.
Windblast also allows you to activate Windmills, which can unlock hidden areas. Some Desert stages will also have mounds of sand scattered on the ground. Use Windblast to uncover the treasures hidden underneath, which often include Star Coins and hidden Waddle Dees.
You can also use the Tornado Copy ability to blow away the sand and activate Windmills.
