Freezing Wind and Some Snowmen Hidden Starry Locations
1. Hidden Treasure Under the Cracked Ground
You can find the first hidden Starry in a Treasure Chest under a Cracked Ground. You will need to get the Cone Mouth to obtain this.
2. In the 2nd Flowing River Area
You can get the next one in the second flowing river area. You will have to shoot the crystal on the left using the Ranger to show itself on a ramp.
3. Build the Second Snowman
The next hidden Starry will appear after putting the head of the second Snowman. You will find the Snowman in the second area of the stage, after the first Snowman.
4. Build the Third Snowman
You can get the last hidden Starry by putting the head of the last Snowman. You will have to go through moving platforms while avoiding enemies to get the head to the end.
Freezing Wind and Some Snowmen Locations
1. Start of the Second Area
You will see the first Snowman at the start of the second area. You can put the head using the ramp on the right and by blowing it using the Ring Mouth.
2. To the Right of the First Snowman
You can find the second Snowman immediately after putting the first Snowman's head to its body on the right. You can place the second head to the next body by blowing it through the path. Try to keep it slow and steady to ensure the head won't fall on the ledge!
After reaching the small sunken spot in front of the body, head right and destroy the crystal there to make two moving platforms. Make sure to attack once the platforms are about to cross to get the head to the body without it falling.
3. Found After the Second Snowman
The last Snowman is located right after the second Snowman. You will have to be more careful here as there are tons of moving platforms and enemies before you can reach the body.

Left Side in the 2nd Flowing River Area
You can shoot the target on the left side once you reach the second area that has flowing crystals. Climb the Red Starry Coin to see it and then use the Ranger's attack to hit it.
Freezing Wind and Some Snowmen Hidden Cave Location
Below the Path Towards the Third Snowman Head
You can find the hidden cave by falling through the breakable tiles (brown tiles) after fixing the second Snowman. Just stay on the breakable tiles for a moment so you can drop down safely!
Freezing Wind and Some Snowmen Figure Locations
1. On the Right Before the 2nd Snowman
You can find the first Figure on the right before the second Snowman. Defeat the Buffahorn and blow the starryflower to summon the Figure.
2. In the Hidden Cave Under the Cliff
You can find the next Figure in the Hidden Cave under the cliff. You can find it after the second Snowman.
