The Colosseum is a facility found in Waddle Dee Town in Kirby and the Forgotten Land. Read on to see how to unlock the Colosseum, recommended abilities, and bosses you can battle.

You can unlock the Colosseum by clearing the Wondaria Remains area. Note that you have to finish all the stages within Wondaria Remains to clear it!

Colosseum Tournaments work similarly to Arenas in previous Kirby games where you can face the bosses you've beaten so far. This time around, there are three tournaments you can participate in. Each tournament increasingly gets harder while giving better rewards.

You will be able to get hold of the Commentator Waddle Dee Figure by finishing all three cups in the Colosseum. You can unlock these cups as you progress through the game.

You can participate in tournaments as often as you want, allowing you to collect and farm Star Coins and Rare Stones. These two can then be used to upgrade your Copy Abilities.

Like its name suggests, The Ultimate Cup Z is the hardest tournament out of the three. It features stronger bosses than the ones you faced in the two prior tournaments. It is recommended to stock up on item boosts before heading off to fight.

The Trader Waddle Dee will show up near the Gotcha Machine Alley after you clear The Ultimate Cup Z.
Trader Waddle Dee will trade Figures for Rare Stones, making him a convenient character for those looking to complete their Figures collection.

The Ultimate Cup Z EX is the new tournament added in the Star-Crossed World DLC. It follows the same system as the The Ultimate Cup Z but contains the new bosses from the DLC with Genwel Meteonelfilis being the most notable one.
Fire
|
The Fire Copy Ability allows you to hit opponents from a distance in addition to having high base damage. Furthermore, burning an opponent deals continuous damage, which is beneficial when dodging attacks.
Ice
|
The Ice copy ability allows you to freeze bosses over time, causing massive damage. You can also guard against most attacks, which comes in handy if you find dodging the attacks too difficult.
Morpho Knight Sword
|
Once you have completed the stages in Isolated Isles: Forgo Dreams, you can upgrade your Sword copy ability further to use the Morpho Knight Sword.
This copy ability is strong enough to defeat bosses in one or two hits, letting you finish the tournaments as fast as possible.

I don't know how you have not unlocked the Ultumite Cup Z, but the after game thing is called Forgo Dreams. Maybe you have not collected enough waddle dees, or maybe that's based on percent.
