After Beating the Horde of Enemies in Fast-Flowing Waterworks
In the Fast-Flowing Waterworks stage, you will need to battle a large horde of enemies in the middle of the level. After you defeat all the enemies, you gain access to a chest, which contains the Blueprint for Chain Bomb.

Use Copy Ability Mix
If there are no enemies in your current stage that give this ability, you can still obtain it through Mix. When you inhale 2 or more enemies that give different copy abilities, Kirby will cycle through all his current abilities and select one at random.
