Clear the Natural Plains Area
You can unlock Waddle Dee's Weapon Shop by clearing the Natural Plains Area. Note that you have to finish all the stages within Natural Plains to clear it!

Evolve Copy Abilities
You can evolve the Copy Abilities picked up during your adventure at the Waddle Dee Weapon Shop. Furthermore, you can check which abilities you've encountered or used during your adventure through the Forgotten Land!
List of Evolved Copy Abilities
Evolve all of your Copy Abilities to get a special Figure
You will get a special Weapons-Shop Waddle Dee Figure as a reward for evolving all of your Copy Abilities! Note that you do not need to upgrade each one to get this special figure.
Upgrade Copy Abilities
After beating the game, additional upgrades will be available for most of the Copy Abilities in the game. It further increases the power of a Copy Ability but offers no other effects. These upgrades cost more than evolving an ability, so make sure to collect and save up Star Coins and Rare Stones if you want them on your abilities.
Practice Your Moves on Mr. Sandbag
Waddle Dee's Weapon Shop offers a way to practice your moves on Mr. Sandbag. Use this opportunity to try and chain different combos or use the other mechanics of your copy ability. The training room is found on the far left side of the building.
If you're unsure what your Copy Ability can do, you can always seek help from Weapons-Shop Waddle Dee and test it out with Mr. Sandbag. He will tell you most of the information about the Copy Ability.
How to Evolve and Upgrade Copy Abilities
Use Blueprints to Evolve Copy Abilities
Copy Abilities are evolved through the use of their respective Blueprints. You can find these Blueprints in different stages of the game.
Use Star Coins and Rare Stones
Each Copy Ability requires different amounts of Star Coins and Rare Stones to evolve and upgrade its Copy Ability. Be sure to collect as many Star Coins and Rare Stones as you can if you're planning on further strengthening your Copy Abilities!
