Treasure Road Challenges are time-based stages that appear in Kirby and the Forgotten Land. Race against the clock and complete various objectives to receive a Rare Stone at the end of each Treasure Road Stage. Note that the Rare Stones are only a one-time reward on this challenge.
Treasure Road Stage List and Walkthrough
Participate in the Colosseum located in the Waddle Dee Town and win to earn Rare Stones. You can challenge the Colosseum as many times as you want, and you will still obtain Rare Stones every time you win.
Colosseum Guide: How to Unlock the Colosseum and Recommended Abilities
You can get 1 Rare Stone for free on the Waddle Dee's Weapon Shop's roof. Look for the red roof in front of the Colosseum's entrance, and you should be able to spot it.
There are stages in Isolated Isles: Forgo Dreams that contains Rare Stones waiting to be discovered. Always try to interact with the objects on each stage to find out where they're hiding.

Some Present Codes reward you with Rare Stones. You can find most of them hidden inside Waddle Dee Town. Go to Waddle Dee-liveries to claim those Present Codes and get Rare Stones.

Try to complete Treasure Road challenges as you progress through the stage until you finish all of them. Although it only rewards you once, there are a lot of challenges you can clear, which means you'll also earn a ton.

Keep on challenging the Colosseum. You can still get Rare Stone rewards as long as you keep on winning the battles. Note that you can also obtain other items aside from the Rare Stones, so it's worth repeating!

You can obtain a total of 6 Rare Stones just by typing all the Present Codes manually on Waddle Dee-liveries. Just make sure you are connected to the internet to receive the rewards!

Along with Star Coins, Rare Stones are needed to use Blueprints, which can upgrade Kirby's Copy Abilities. The upgrade includes evolving the abilities and leveling them up to three times.
Another use of Rare Stones is to use it as a currency to get the missing Figures in your collection. You can trade 1 Rare Stone for a Figure in any volume from Trader Waddle Dee in Gotcha Machine Alley.
