To obtain the Celestial Mirror, you must first obtain the Cloudy Mirror win a Chocobo Race in the Remiem Temple in The Calm Lands. You must then unite the family in macalania woods.
The Celestial Mirror is a necessity in upgrading the Celestial Weapons in Final Fantasy X. You must head to the same area you powered up the Cloudy Mirror. Bring a Celestial Weapon and its required Crest/Sigil to power up the Weapon.
