Talk to Miss Cecily and ask how you can prepare for the party.
2 Dragon Quest Treasures - Birds Location
Obtain 20 batches of free-range eggs by defeating or performing a Pinch on feathered monsters. You can find a lot of feathered monsters during the day along a path in the canyons south of the Bonedry Heights Station in the Maneland.

Dragon Quest Treasures - Report back to Miss Cecily
Once you have all the eggs, return to Miss Cecily to complete the quest.
