How to Play Black Beacon on PC
Black Beacon Is Only Officially Available on PC Through Google Play Games
Black Beacon developers announced on the game's official Discord that "A full PC version will not be available," though it is unclear whether this means Black Beacon will not have a PC release, or it will in the future - just not at launch.
However, the game is available on Google Play Games (GPG), which allows those interested in Black Beacon to play the game through PC. Controls are done through the keyboard, with no official controller support as of this writing.
How to Install Black Beacon on PC
Download and Play on Google Play Games
Take note that Google Play Games can only be used on Windows PCs and is currently a beta platform as of writing. Also, a Google account is required to access the platform, be sure to have a Google account available beforehand.
| 1 |  After signing in to Google Play Games, click the magnifying glass icon on the left side of the window. This will take you to the explore page, where players can search for their desired games. |

What is Google Play Games?
Play Black Beacon and Other Mobile Games on PC
Google Play Games is Microsoft's official platform that allows select mobile games to run on Windows PCs.
With Black Beacon not having its own official PC client yet, the Google Play Games service will allow players to play the game on their PC instead of their mobile devices.
Can You Play Black Beacon on Android Emulators?

As of this writing (May 1, 2025), we have tested playing Black Beacon on three major Android emulators: BlueStacks, NoxPlayer, and LDPlayer. Out of thse three emulators, Black Beacon does not work with any of these emulators.
Previously, the game worked with LDPlayer without errors. Ther game's performance is smooth, and it already comes with its own keyboard layout. However, playing the game with LDPlayer now shows a new "Signature verification failed" message.
Black Beacon can be installed on other Android emulators. Previously, on emulators like Bluestacks and NoxPlayer, an error prompt will appear when the game needs to download additional resources, causing it to close after 10 seconds. This is due to the game's anti-cheat software, XIGNCODE3, concluding it has detected an "illegal program".
The Black Beacon team has recently announced that it is working on emulator support for Black Beacon. We'll be sure to update this section after testing the game with Android emulators once that is announced. We will also post an update once an official PC client for the game is released.
