Fighting Olgierd Von Everec is relatively easy if you time your counterattacks right and protect yourself with the Quen Sign incase you miss the timing of the counterattack.
The best way to deal with Olgierd Von Everec is to counter his attacks and use the opening to unleash your attack combo. You can counter most of his attacks like his straight charging attack and his last attack when his sword glows red after a combo.
What Preparations to Make?
You should use your Steel Sword and coat it with Hanged Man's Venom to deal bonus damage to them. Prepare some healing potions like the Swallow Potion or the White Raffard's Decoction incase you get hit.
