It's All Connected starts at Dr. Connor's Lab near the center of Midtown. Once you land on the rooftop, a cutscene will automatically play.

It's All Connected Walkthrough

Head to the Lab

Spider-Man 2 - Head to the Lab

All you need to do is head to Dr. Connor's Lab in Midtown. When you are there, a series of cutscenes will play, letting you know where Harry might have gone to. After the cutscenes, you will complete the mission, and you can proceed to ''Finally Free'' next.
