Prison Break Mysterium is located along the shores of Upper East Side, near the bridge.

Attack Mysterio to Disable the Shields

Spiderman 2 PS5 - pulling Mysterio

In the second phase, Mysterio (or an illusion of him), will appear to shield his minions. All other enemies will be invulnerable while Mysterio is present.

Pull him close by holding the triangle button and perform a combo to defeat him and disable the shields.

Prepare to repeat this when he reappears and shields his allies again later on in the challenge.

Set Up an Ability with Web Grabber

Spiderman 2 PS5 - chain lightning bouncing

Before using an ability, try to group the enemies together with Web Grabber first to maximize the skill before it goes on cooldown. Upshot is also a good gadget to use to avoid getting overwhelmed and so that you can pluck the enemies one by one easier.
