Electronic Arts has recently released a statement mentioning that they are slowly rolling out rewards for those who participated in the EA Sports College Football 25 challenge. If you haven't received any rewards yet, it’s best to wait or try the other steps below to address the issue.
If you haven't received any rewards yet, try playing a game in EA Sports College Football 25 to refresh the system. After playing, log back into Madden NFL 25 to check if you've received your rewards.
If you're still having problems claiming your rewards, check if you're using the same EA account for both games. Claiming of rewards requires using the same account, along with having your game updated and a stable internet connection. Make sure your accounts match for these games.
If not, simply use the account you used for EA Sports College Football 25 and access the game after.
Ultimate Team Mode (MUT) Guide
The Ultimate Team Alumni Glitch is an issue where players who completed challenges in EA Sports College Football 25 do not receive their rewards after logging into Madden NFL 25. This glitch also affects XP boosts.
