Wait 15-20 Minutes
The most common and reliable fix to the loading bug is to wait 15-20 minutes on the main menu after trying to load into Superstar Mode. Doing so lets the game finish its background loading and allows you to create your player.
Restart the Game
If you prefer a fast but unsure solution to the loading bug, close the game and boot up Madden NFL 25 again. While a quick and simple solution, some have found success and were able to start Superstar Mode.
Purposely Fail the Scouting Combine Drills
Even after loading in and creating your character, there is the off chance that the bug will resurface after you complete the Scouting Combine drills and interview, causing you to get stuck in the loading screen.
Some players are resolving this issue by repeating the drills and purposely failing the position-specific drills. However, this will have a significant negative impact on your draft placement, which would be infuriating, to say the least.
