Beat the Story and Reach 5 Star Island Rating
The only way for Golden Celestia's Gifts is for the player to finish the story and reach a 5-Star Rating on their island.
LIke regular Celestia's Gifts, Golden Celestia's Gifts will spawn in your island randomly, less than the spawn rate of the regular flowers.
