June 5, 2025
LEVEL5 announced on their official X page that FANTASY LIFE i will release on the Nintendo Switch 2. The game is officially scheduled to launch on June 5, 2025.
Upgrade Pack Available for Existing Players
Players who already own the Nintendo Switch version can purchase a Nintendo Switch 2 Edition upgrade pack to access the new version’s features.
When playing the Nintendo Switch 2 Edition on a standard Nintendo Switch, features and performance will match the existing Switch version, no secret boosts hiding in there.
FANTASY LIFE i Switch 2 Features
Improved Quality, Framerate and Resolution
The Switch 2 release of FANTASY LIFE promises improved quality in terms of framerate and resolution on the console.
Any other features present on the Nintendo Switch release will also be present for the Switch 2.
Crossplay and Cross-Save Support
FANTASY LIFE i will also feature crossplay and cross-save support between all platforms.
Players can play along with their friends playing on different consoles provided they have a Nintendo Switch Online subscription!
Is There A Switch 2 Digital Deluxe Edition?
Available as a Base Game Upgrade
Currently, there are no set plans to release a Digital Deluxe Edition of FANTASY LIFE i for the Switch 2. Players can only upgrade their edition from Standard to Digital Deluxe for $13.99 to acquire exclusive equipment, costumes, and a special mount!
