Watching Story Cutscenes
As of now, there's no way to rewatch any of the game's cutscenes. If you choose to skip the cutscene, or if you weren't paying attention, then you'll miss the entire thing and you won't be able to watch it again.
Rematch Certain Bosses
Certain bosses only show up during the story and they don't have a set spawn in the world. Once you've defeated them, you won't be able to fight them again.
Life Tutorial Quests
After you've gotten the license for your first Life, you'll gain the ability to skip the tutorial quest for the other ones. If you do skip them, you won't be able to replay them in the future.
However, the tutorial pop-ups you would get do get registered in the Guide Menu, so you can still view them even if you skipped the tutorial.
Destroying the Wyrmheart
At the end of the Fort Gardhart in Ginormosia, you'll encounter the Wyrmheart, which can be destroyed. If you do choose to destroy it, the choice will be permanent and you can't change your choice afterwards.

Character Creation Choices
For the first few chapters of the main story, you won't be able to change your name and appearance. However, once you've unlocked the Guild Office in your Base Camp, you can talk to Boyle if you want to make any changes.
Island Name
Similar to when you create your character, you won't be able to change your island's name until you've unlocked the Guild Office in your Base Camp. The option to do this is also under Boyle, so talk to him if you want to change it.
Does the Island Have A Canon Name?
Life Skill Distribution
If you want to change the way you've distributed your points in a Life's Skill Tree, you can talk to one of the Lips in either of the Guild Offices. However, this will cost 10,000 Dosh every time you want to do this.
How to Respec and Reset Skills
Ginormosia Area Ranks
Whenever you unlock a new rank for an area in Ginormosia, you can go back to a lower one by going to a tower and changing it. This is useful in case you accidentally unlock a rank that's too difficult, and you need to revert the change.
End of Chapter 1
While it's not exactly a choice, the game does give a point-of-no-return pop-up at the end of Chapter 1. Thankfully, you won't miss anything, and everything will still be available to you when you come back later.
