Just Add Salt is an early Personal Request you can unlock as early as Chapter 1. To get it, simply head to Reelum Pier and talk to the white cat, Tetch.

Change to Cook Life
To start, change your Life to Cook Life, as this quest requires cooking. You'll also want to make sure you have Mysteria Crucian in your inventory, since it's the main ingredient for Grilled Crucian.
Once you've learned the basics of cooking and gathered enough ingredients, go ahead and cook three Grilled Crucians. Deliver them to Tetch afterward to complete the quest!
Catch Mysteria Crucian in the Pond Near the Carpenter's Guild
You can catch Mysteria Crucian in the pond near the Carpenter's Guild. Make sure to also switch to the Angler Life to access fishing.
Buy from the Cook's Guild Restaurant
Alternatively, if you want to skip the lengthy process of cooking and fishing, you can head to the Cook's Guild Restaurant and order three Grilled Crucians. Each one costs 100 Dosh, so you’ll spend a total of 300 to meet Tetch's request.
Only consider this option if you can afford to lose a bit of money to complete the quest!
