Aging weapons at the Aging Altar inside the Treasure Grove produces higher quality weapons with a brand new stat in FANTASY LIFE i: The Girl Who Steals Time. Learn how to age weapons and what aging weapons do here!

How to Age Weapons
Find an Aging Altar Room in the Treasure Grove
To start the process of aging, players must first find an Aging Altar room in their Treasure Grove run.
These rooms are marked with a green knight icon.
Choose a Tool or Weapon to Bury
Once inside the room, choose what tool or weapon to bury inside.
Be careful in choosing since burying will take your weapon or tool away from your inventory. making it unusable for the remainder of your run.
When trying for an Aging Altar room, we recommend deciding ahead of time which tool or weapon you wish to bury and bringing a spare before starting.
Fill Up Bar With Materials
To make the skill rarity better, fill up the bar below the list of weapons with materials. Hitting each node increases the rarity by one star, with the 3 star bonus having the best bonus.
Consuming certain materials will increase the bar faster than other materials so choose the best materials to efficiently fill out the bar.
Complete the Treasure Grove Run
After burying your chosen tool or weapon, players must finish and complete the Treasure Grove run to secure the aging process.
Unearth your Tool or Weapon in Base Camp
After finishing your Treasure Grove run, head out and talk to the statue beside the tree. You will be able to unearth your tool or weapon here with its new skill!
What Does Aging Weapons Do?
Adding Bonus Stats
Aging weapons or tools in the Treasure Grove gives it a chance to add a bonus skill after unearthing.
These skills and the rarity of it will depend on how long you've buried the tool or weapon for.
Weapons and tools aged for 1000 years in a 1000 year tree will have a better chance for better stats over weapons or tools aged for only 100 years.
Unique Skills for Each Tool Category
Each weapon type and tool will also have its unique set of stats that can bolster its efficiency or attack power so try your best to get the skills that you want!
