Dragon Quest Treasures - Prepare for the party
Talk to Miss Cecily and ask how you can prepare for the party.

Dragon Quest Treasures - Crystal Location
Obtain 2x Uber Agate of Evolution, which you can get from gathering crystals in the Hinterquarters. You can find clumps of these crystals underneath a tree in the Hindward Hills and can only be accessed using Stealth.
3 Dragon Quest Treasures - Report back to Miss Cecily
Once you have the materials, return to Miss Cecily to complete the quest.
