Immediately enter the circular arena to make enemies spawn.
Press B to use Tornado and trap all the Twister enemies. When the Bouncy enemies spawn, press B again to fling the captured enemies in your tornado at them.
After taking out the Bouncies, Bronto Burt enemies will spawn, trap half of them into your tornado and fling them at the other half of the horde.
When the barrier comes down, use Tornado to travel over the platforms and make your way to the second arena.
In the next arena, use a similar strategy of picking up enemies and flinging them at other enemies. However, since the enemies here are much bulkier, you may also need to damage them regularly to take them out.
Since flinging enemies at the two Big Kabus will usually on hit their regular Kabus they spit out, it is best to just attack these enemies regularly by getting close to them.
When the barrier comes down, use Tornado to travel over the platforms to the final arena.
To defeat the two Fleurinas, start by damaging them regularly by getting close to them with your tornado. Capture the enemies and blocks in the arena and fling them the Fleurina.
When you run out of blocks and enemies, pick up stars that appear when the Fleurinas attack and fling those back at them.
After defeating the mid-bosses, grab the Rare Stone immediately when the barrier comes down.

When you've trapped around 3 or 4 enemies into your tornado, you can fling them at other enemies to take them out quickly. To fling enemies, press B to create a tornado and capture enemies into your cyclone, then press B again to stop the cyclone and fling the enemies. This technique auto-aims to the nearest enemy.
