Found in the Open Section of Chapter 16: The Kar'Thul Marshes

Chapter 16 Battle Knight Toy Location

In the open section at the start of Chapter 16: The Kar'Thul Marshes you'll find a Mancubus standing on a pressure plate. Step onto the plate yourself, then break the metal lock across the area with your Shield. Drop down then head right to reach the Battle Knight Toy.

Starts Appearing in Campaign Chapter 5: The Holy City of Aratum

A more powerful variant of the Hell Knights that can conjure weapons at their will to devastate their foes. While they fight similarly to their lesser counterparts, they now also conjure a battle axe to fight against you.

It's best to use the Super Shotgun against Battle Knights as this heats their Armor the fastest, allowing you to break it with the Shield Saw as soon as possible. It's works especially well when paired with parries since Battle Knights will consantly get near you with parryable attacks.
