An agile champion that closes in with combo attacks and quickly disengages while firing projectiles from its shoulder turret.

Kreed Maykr
|
An appointed Bishop of the Ministry secretly conspiring with the forces of Hell to keep himself in a position of power.

The Old One
|
A resurrected cosmic god, the Old One has been made into a mere machine in service to the prince of Hell.

Enhanced Ahzrak

Doom: The Dark Ages features a total of 39 different demon and cosmic enemy monsters, including bosses and other demons that have been reinvisioned to the dark medieval tone of the game.
| Enemy Variant | Mechanic |

| Armored | As you progress through the campaign, more and more enemies will have additional layers of armor you need to tear through to eliminate. |
| Enforcer | Identified by their blue appearance and banner floating above them, these enemies control and summon waves of empowered enemies that are faster and tougher than usual. |
| Leader | Enemies that are powered by Demonic Essences which causes them to be more powerful than the usual variant. Morale encounters usually feature a leader protected by a barrier that requires you to eliminate surrounding enemies first. |
| Champion | Champions have Gold Armor that greatly reduces the damage they take. Shoot their unarmored parts for bonus damage! |
There are additional variants of each enemy with bonuses that empowers them. These appear throughout the campaign and often bring new attack patterns or enhanced strength. Prioritize them in battle, as they are usually the highest threat in the battlfield.
