▶︎ Village of Khalim The Imp Toy can be found near the plaza, locked by the Blue Key that you'll obtain from the cultists. After getting out of the church, follow the trail to the left until you see another gate that can be unlocked using the key you just found. |

▶︎ Village of Khalim Head towards the cliff behind the Shredder weapon drop, and you'll see a ledge that will take you down a cave with resources to refill on, as well as the Soldier Toy collectible. |

 |
► Hebeth The Imp Stalker Toy can be found jumping down the vent by the boxes stacked flat against the wall. Proceeding through the shaft leads you to where the demon had initially burst from. |
|
 |
► Sentinel Barracks The Hell Knight Toy is found at the right wing of the barracks. Access this secret area by going to the hall with a Mancubus and multiple Shield Soldiers in line. Once you see a wooden barrier wooden barrier  |

▶︎ Holy City of Aratum The Serrat Toy can be found by dropping onto the ledge near the bridge in one of the Hell Carriers. Follow the gold trail and go to the right with the big broken wall. |

 |
► Siege - Part 1 There is an opening at the base of the mountain nearby where the Purple Key can be found. The gate will need the same key, and behind it will be the Slayer Toy. |
|
 |
► Siege - Part 2 On the second floor of the church area, there is a gap you can jump across which has a blue-marked door on the opposite end. Shield bash through and find a wall you can climb up. Inside is a Gold Trail and a Pinky Rider Toy. |
|
 |
▶︎ Abyssal Forest Found in the secret area accessible after breaking the wall with a shield charge. In the room with fire traps, use shield throw on the mechanism above to remove the barriers to obtain the Witch Toy. |
|
 |
► Ancestral Forge This secret area is found near the Ancestral Heart switch in the upper west enemy camp. Open the locked gate with the Secret Key and defeat enemies as you climb towards the top to find the Vagary Toy beside the Ruby. |
|
 |
► The Forsaken Plains During the second objective face the locked gate with a Ruby then head right, below the cliff there will be a jump pad that will lead you to a Cyberdemon Toy. |
|
 |
► Hellbreaker As soon as you land the Atlan, turn around to find the Atlan Toy right behind you. This is at the very start of the second objective. |
|
 |
► Sentinel Command Station This toy is locked behind a gate near the Sentinel Shrine that needs the Secret Key to unlock. You'll find the Secret Key near the end of the chapter in a secret room close to the Yellow Keycard. |
|
 |
► Spire of Nerathul Found on the second floor, which can be accessed by breaking the wall wall  |

 |
► Spire of Nerathul It can be found by jumping off a ledge, which can be reached by using the jump boost jump boost  |
|
 |
► City of Ry'uul This secret area is found near the end of the chapter. Before getting the[Wraithstone and using the Cosmic Eye beside it, use shield charge on the wooden barrier to the right. |
|
 |
► The Kar'Thul Marshes To the right of Gold Trail 1, you'll find a Mancubus standing on a pressure plate. Step onto the plate yourself, then break the lock across the area with your Shield. Drop down, head right, and you’ll reach the Toy. This is obtained during the first objective. |
|
 |
►Temple of Lomarith To obtain the toy, you'll need to push certain things in the correct place. Climb up the ship and make your way across the platforms, following the trail of ammo refills. Instead of breaking the green barricade, turn to your right and Shield Charge the blue indicator blue indicator  Cosmic Eye |
|
 |
►Belly of the Beast This secret area is found near the end of the chapter after destroying the third green organ. Throw your shield on an energy node and pickup a trail of gold before going down a pit to challenge a gauntlet of empowered enemies to unlock the Komodo Toy. This will also complete the Swallowed Whole mission challenge. |
|
 |
► Harbor of Souls Head to the blue gate after obtaining the Blue Skull Key Blue Skull Key  | |
 |
► Resurrection Jump down the cliff where you can find the Yellow Secret Key and turn right. You will see a big yellow gate containing this Toy. This is obtained during the second objective. |
|
 |
► Resurrection While following the objective ping for the third Siege Tower, you will come across an area with several enemies. In the far right corner of the area is a lever opens a path down to a secret area. The gate blocking off this toy can be opened by climbing up a bit and using your shield to trigger the mechanism across the room. This is obtained during the second objective. |
|
 |
► Reckoning You must clear away the demons in an area located near the first Sentinel Shrine you'll come across. |
|
 |
► Reckoning After obtaining the Purple Key, you can now return to previous areas that had a locked gate. Around the area where Life Sigil 3 is, circle to the back and drop down the hole. You'll be able to pick up Gold Cache 4 and the Ahzrak Toy here. |
There are a total of 24 toys in Doom: the Dark Ages; Each chapter containing one or more with a few exceptions like Chapters 3, 13, and 21.

Toys are secret items that you can collect. These are cartoonish scale figures within the game that are based on specific enemies and characters.
