The Mancubus Toy Collectible can be found at the bottom of a giant statue near one of the Sentinel Shrines. There's a path be on the opposite side of the Sentinel Shrine that leads you on top of a hill with with the giante statue.

In some cases, there's a bug that breaking an arm cannon does not disable that arm from firing projectiles.

Mancubi are slow but durable demons that can fire multiple slow projectiles from their arm cannons. Getting too close activates their flamethrower, which tracks you well and deals significant damage. It's best to eliminate these demons from ranged or disable them first with the Saw Shield.

Codex Entry

A gluttonous mass of smoldering hellfire, the Mancubus functions as the lumbering artillery of Ahzrak's demonic horde. These grotesque beasts gorge endlessly, devouring rotting flesh with an endless hunger until their organs burst within their bloated frames. Driven by primal lust for carnage, they kill and consume without restraint, their cannibalistic frenzy fueling their own grotesque growth. When their corpulent bodies can no longer move, they collapse, becoming a feast for younger Mancubi, perpetuating the endless, ravenous circle of death.
