Capture the First Base
Send your units to capture the tower while fighting nearby enemies. This tower base brings down the nearby drawbridge and gives you access to the next area.

Defeat the Enemies
The next area will have 3 enemies and a barricade blocking your path. They'll follow you throughout the mission so it's best to defeat them immediately.

Open the Chest
There is a chest at the end of a pathway in this area. Open it to claim a Jade Crystal.

Destroy the Barricade
Break the barricade down to advance to the next base.

Capture the Second Base
Similar to the first base, send units to capture the tower to access the next area. There will be 2 enemies here.

Defeat Goffren
Send your units to defeat Goffren to complete this mission.

Pick Up Healing Orbs

Ensure that you won't lose anyone in battle by picking up each green healing orb you see. This ensures that none of your units will fall in battle.

Send One Unit to Capture Each Base at the Start of the Fight

You can speed up your progress through this mission by sending a unit to capture a base even before defeating all the enemies in an area. Iscarion is a good option to send due to his ranged attacks.

Focus on Goffren

The final area will have Goffren and two other enemies. You don't need to defeat the two enemies to complete the mission, so just focus all your units on Goffren. This helps in obtaining the optional reward that involves completing the mission in 4 minutes.

Check IconSave Bahamut Until you Reach Goffren

Use Izelair's Shield Bash

Interrupt Goffren's special attack by using Izelair's Shield Bash on him. Save this ability until Goffren's starts charging up his attack. You'll notice him charging this up when a red cone indicator that appears.

Save Bahamut Until you Reach Goffren

Don't use Bahamut until you start fighting Goffren. This takes out a large chunk of his health and almost instantly defeats the two other enemies in the area.
