About 30 Hours for Main Story

The main story of DioField Chronicle is rather short, but battles can last a long time if you don't have high DPS. Your speed of finishing off enemies will significantly affect your speed in completing the game, so the number can vary depending on how you build your party.

Side Quests are not required to complete the story, but when playing on Normal or Hard difficulty, you'll find that your characters are underleveled just by barreling through the main quests, so take this number with a grain of salt as it might take longer if you find yourself needing to complete Side Quests.

About 45 Hours to Platinum the Game

DioField Chronicle has a relatively small amount of content outside of the main story. Even just by completing the story, players will accomplish most of the Trophies without doing anything extra, and completing most side quests is not required to get all Trophies.

Trophies Requiring Extra Playtime

	Legendary Tactician
	Acquire 100 bonus rewards from missions.
	Bolstered Force
	Recruit Donovar, Chappleman, and Zoruaq. ▶︎How to Unlock All Secret Characters
	Ultimate Mastery
	Raise a character's level to 50.

Only the main story will likely not be enough for the trophies listed above. Three specific Side Quests are required to unlock Donovar, Chappleman, and Zoruaq for Bolstered Force, and there are not enough bonus rewards available from just main missions to unlock Legendary Tactician.

Ultimate Mastery will take the most overall time as your characters will most likely only be in the mid-30s after finishing a main story-focused run. This can be a good chance to try out New Game Plus, as while it is not required for any trophy, it will give more opportunities to continue raising your characters' levels and knock out any other trophies you may have missed.
