How to Raise Unit Rank

Complete Main Quests

The highest level you can increase your Mercenary Unit Rank is 9 and the best way of doing this is by completing Main Quests. In addition to increasing your rank, you will also earn different rewards such as Blue Fox Badges which have certain benefits and perks depending on which rank it affects. You can keep track of which reward you receive from your Quest List.

Complete Sub Quests

Sub Quests are side missions you can take on from different characters. Sub Quests can range from simply talking to certain character to having a practice battle with the Central Knights.

As with Main Quest rewards, you can check Sub Quest rewards from your Quest list. These do not contribute to your Main Quest progress but they often reward Blue Fox Badges which help raise your Mercenary Unit Rank.

Blue Fox Badges

Blue Fox Badges are the five different badges you see below your Mercenary Unit Rank. Each Badge increases a specific rank and unlocks new items in the Shop as well as enhances the overall strength of your unit.
