There is No Secret Ending

DioField Chronicle

After completing Chapter 7: Kill the General, we see Andrias and Fredret chase and continue to fight Zevatian. The fight ends with Zevatian getting fatally stabbed by Andrias and he starts to remember his past. After the cutscene, Andrias picks up Zevatian's weapon and presumably kills Fredret.

Ending Explained

New Game Plus is Unlocked

Upon finishing the story, New Game Plus will be unlocked and players can replay the game while having access to all the items and equipment they've unlocked.
