 Defeat the Enemies Defeat all the enemies in the town. Try clearing out all the cannons as well. |

 Defeat the Reinforcements Fight and defeat the reinforcements that spawn to complete this mission. |
Quell the Riots Again Recommended Strategies and Tips
Waltaquin and Andrias are Unavailable
Waltaquin and Andrias will not be available for this mission. If you do not have enough characters with good equipment or high enough levels, you can opt to replay missions over on Practice Battles to get stronger.
Practice Battle Guide: How to Unlock & Use
Favor Cavaliers to Compensate
Without Andrias, you will likely lack strong single-target damage.
To compensate for his absence, use Cavalier units like Fredret and Castevere, as they have high mobility, naturally high attack, and can move enemies around the field to expose their flanks.

Isolate Enemies From Each Other
Lure enemies away from each other so that you can fight them individually. Combat will be much easier since you can easily surround single enemies.
Group Enemies for Faster Clearing
One of the optional objectives for the mission requires fast completion. If you're going for it, gather enemies into small groups and eliminate them with strong AOE attacks like Furious Flurry or Shell Shot.
Take Out Cannons Before Letting Reinforcements Arrive
Before defeating all the starting enemies, move through the town and destroy any cannons you find. Many of these won't have guards protecting them so they'll be easy to take out.
This helps immensely when fighting the reinforcements since you'll be moving from area to area in the town.
