DQ Treasures - Find Axel Location
Head to the Cold Shoulder Central station in Cinderback Ridge and find Axel. You can find him southwest of the station.

Dragon Quest Treasures - Cinderblock Location
After talking with him, he'll ask you to find a Cinderblock, which you can find all the way to the north. It's in a chest inside a stone dome that you'll need to crouch to get in.

DQ Treasures - Return to Axel
Once you obtain the Cinderblock, return to Axel and talk to him.

DQ Treasures - Facilities Werk
Return back to your base and talk to Miss Cecily. Select the quest under Add new facilities, and shortly afterwards, Axel should arrive at your base where he will set up the pellet workshop.

Create Pellets in The Werks

DQ Treasures - Create Pellets in The Werks
The Werks offers players a way to create their own pellets using materials they've gathered throughout their journey. These pellets have varying effects, such as pellets that fully heals the HP of an ally or increase the likelihood of a monster joining the party.

You also have the option to buy the pellets using your gold if you don't have the materials to create them.
