| 1 | Go to the inn at Cunny of the Goose and talk to Brean Hotsch about the contract. |
| 2 | Talk to the nearby lumberjack before going to the Logger's Hut. |
| 3 | Follow the cart's trail and examine the clues using your Witcher Senses. |
| 4 | Find the Leshens totem using your Witcher Senses and destroy it using the Aard Sign. |
| 5 | Kill the Leshen and report back to Brean Hotsch about the contract. |

- Coat your Silver Sword with Relict Oil to deal bonus damage to them.
- Use the Igni Sign to burn them and give yourself a large opening to attack.
