How to Fight an Arachnomorph Colossus

How to Fight

Unlike dealing with the normal Arachnomorphs, the Yrden Sign trap can only slow down the Arachnomorph Colossus. The best way to deal with it is to momentarily stop its movements with the Igni Sign, Axii Sign, or bombs that affect its movement and whittle down its HP.

What Preparations to Make?

You should use your Silver Sword and coat it with Insectoid oil to deal bonus damage to them. Prepare bombs like the Northern Wind Bomb to stop its movements or a Dancing Star Bomb to try and make it burn.

Special Sign Effects

  • Igni - If your Sign Intensity is high enough, they will start burning and give you an opening to attack.
  • Axii - This will stun them for a short duration and give you a small opening to attack.
