Upon entering the blimp, head to the left of the level just past the first hidden pose location and unlock the door. Once the door is opened, enter the room to collect the ribbon.

Use the Drones When Outside the Blimp
When you get to the area outside the blimp, an enemy will sabotage the pipes causing them to break down quick. While this can make it tricky to get the fifth Sparkle Gem, you can use the drones in the area to make traversing through the area more manageable.

Use the Drones to Escape
Hookshot onto the drones to dash quickly through the corridors. This lets you escape the level quickly and finish.
